Mission Statement

"To set the Certified Standards with respect to various processes and procedures in the Catering & Event Industry, to help the industries set their own New Benchmarks which would help to analyze, review and upkeep themselves with the changes on the global platform."

Objectives :

  • To collaborate with hoteliers and caterers on one platform.
  • To provide practical training along with theoretical knowledge to our students.
  • Develop and enhance the skill sectors of Catering & Event Industry with respect to Food Safety, Health & Sanitation, Fire Safety, Food Storage, Food Hygiene and various other sectors which have remained unexposed till today.
  • To revolutionize the way the concepts are taught in the catering field to accelerate the career growth of students.
  • To train craftsmen for the Catering & the Event Industry with a view to develop high standards of skills and to raise crafts to the levels of technology.
  • To inculcate habits of courtesy, discipline and hard work in the trainees in the efficient accomplishment of tasks entrusted to them.
  • To impart an understanding of human nature, so that the manpower can be directed to the best advantage for the Industry.
  • To stimulate and inspire the existing entrepreneurs so that they develop an all-round personality and treat learning as a ‘growth process’.
  • To impart, by example and education, devotion to Duty, Honesty, Integrity, Dignity of Labour and a willingness to serve others happily and cheerfully.
  • To provide a platform for exchanging ideas and information, to help the students establish habits of seeking knowledge as well as keeping abreast with the latest developments in the fields by extensive use of the library, attending seminars, discussion groups, industrial visits, OJTs, Expert Lectures, Intra College Competitions, etc.
  • To be a pioneer in the development of skilled professionals in the field of Catering & Event Management.
  • To increase the number of Skilled Labour in the Catering & Event Industry.
  • To help the industries set up their own New Benchmarks which would help to analyze, review and upkeep themselves with the changes on the global platform.
  • To train and educate, at all levels, persons of outstanding abilities who can become future entrepreneurs for the Catering & Event Management Industry.
